Hudson-Mohawk Team
1.   Does the Guilderland Central School District meet the needs of its identified students with educational disabilities in a cost effective manner?
2.  Is the Schalmont Central School District in compliance with Title IX federal regulations with regards to athletics providing equal opportunities for female and male students?  

Mid-State Team
1.  Is the current Central Square School District, Academic Intervention Service (AIS) program effective?
2.  A study of academic progress for the North Syracuse Central Junior High School.


Mid-West Team
1.  Should the West Irondequoit Central School District re-acquire the Pinegrove Avenue school building?
2.  Should the Spencerport Central School District allocate funds for expanding credit recovery as a means to improve graduation rates while retaining fiscal integrity? 

South Central Team
1.   How can the Elmira Heights Central School district sustain its literacy priority given the current economic situation in New York State and diminishing Reading first grant funds?
2.  Given the financial position of the Addison Central School District and the economic climate as a whole, what strategic steps can the district take to mitigate the political and financial challenges facing the district over a three-year period?

Western New York Team
1.   How will the Superintendent gain Board of Education and community support to pass a referendum for a district capital project?
2.  How will the Superintendent in conjunction with the architectural firm educate the Board of Education to maximize the building aid percent, thus providing them the ability to send the optimal design that addresses the needs of the community to a referendum?
